1Information we collect
Account and contact details (name, work email, job title, phone, company), the assets and scan configurations you register, security findings generated for your organization, usage and device logs, and authentication data (including TOTP/MFA metadata). We do not store your password for passwordless accounts.
2How we use your information
To provide and secure the service, run the security assessments you request, generate reports, send transactional notifications, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.
3Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the platform (e.g. email delivery, payment processing) under contract, or when required by law.
4Data security
Access is restricted by role, authentication is protected with mandatory multi-factor authentication, and data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure; we work to protect your data using industry-standard measures.
5Data retention
We retain assessment results and account records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, audit, and compliance purposes. Data-return and deletion timelines on termination are governed by the Terms of Service.
6Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
